The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.<br/>This card cannot be refunded/redeemed for cash/reissued, if lost / stolen.<br/>E-Gift card cannot be redeemed partially.<br/>Minimum Invoice value for card redemption is Rs. 1000<br/>Should the purchase value be more than the gift card value the difference should be paid by other payment methods.<br/>The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.<br/>This Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed only at Girias Retail Outlets.<br/>Validity cannot be extended if card gets expired.<br/>Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice.<br/>No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.<br/>Any dispute should be referred to Girias customer support and the decision of the company shall be final.<br/>For any redemption issues related queries customer needs to get in touch with Girias customer care only.<br/>All disputes must be referred to Bangalore jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final.
